You will work closely with global Product Management and Engineering teams to develop intelligent workflows for data engineers, marketers, analysts, and administrators operating in complex business environments.
The role focuses on designing complete user journeys, AI interactions, multi-step workflows, and human-in-the-loop experiences rather than simply creating visual interfaces.
This position is based in Bucharest, Romania, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI-powered experiences across Adobe's enterprise products.
- Define user flows from initial customer intent through to successful and verified outcomes.
- Develop task models, conversational interfaces, interaction patterns, and multi-step workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop experiences that allow users to review, control, and trust AI-generated results.
- Create transparent AI experiences with clear confidence indicators, error recovery, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Connect AI-driven workflows with traditional user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to develop solutions for enterprise customers.
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe Spectrum, and AI-powered design tools.
- Simplify complex workflows involving permissions, governance, and multiple user roles.
- Participate in design critiques and collaborate with other designers to improve product quality.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.
- At least 4 years of experience designing enterprise, B2B, or technical products.
- At least 1–2 years of experience designing AI-powered products in production or through advanced prototypes.
- Practical experience designing conversational interfaces, AI agent workflows, human-in-the-loop interactions, and error-handling experiences.
- Expert-level Figma skills.
- Experience working with established design systems such as Adobe Spectrum or equivalent.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product design and prototyping.
- Ability to independently own product flows and lead design decisions.
- Experience delivering complex features to enterprise customers.
- Ability to measure design impact through product adoption, task success, and other performance indicators.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional advantages:
- Experience with data platforms, marketing technology, customer data platforms (CDP), analytics, or developer-facing products.
- Experience facilitating customer-facing design workshops.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration and integrating different AI systems.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of 320,000–462,500 RON.
- Eligibility for Adobe's Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) performance bonus.
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Financial planning support.
- Employee assistance programmes.
