About the role

Honor Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Designer to help shape digital products and service experiences that improve the quality of care available to older adults.

Honor is a technology-driven healthcare company focused on transforming how society cares for aging populations. Its network includes Home Instead, a leading provider of in-home care services, with more than 100,000 Care Professionals delivering over 50 million hours of personalised care annually.

In this role, you will influence product strategy and design across the entire care journey, including older adults receiving care, their families, Care Professionals and internal operations teams.

You will join a multidisciplinary design team and work closely with engineering, product management, data science, operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design projects from initial discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify problems, explore solutions and deliver products that improve business and user outcomes.
• Use AI-powered tools such as Figma Make and Claude Code to prototype and refine product experiences.
• Design complete service experiences, including workflows, communications, processes and digital interfaces.
• Combine user research, quantitative data and insights to guide product decisions.
• Develop reusable design patterns, prompts, processes and team knowledge.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques to maintain high product quality.
• Advocate for user-centred design while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Apply Honor's leadership principles in supporting its mission to improve care for older adults.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in UX and product design.
• Strong ability to use research and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent systems thinking and experience solving complex product problems.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting design decisions to senior leadership.
• An iterative approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience using AI tools in product design workflows.
• A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design and successfully shipped products.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.

Additional advantages:
