About the role
Revolut is inviting applications for its 2027 Internship Programme, designed for ambitious students who want to gain practical experience and develop their careers.
The Product Design Internship gives students the opportunity to work on real projects, solve design challenges and learn alongside experienced professionals.
Interns will join teams responsible for creating and improving digital products used by Revolut customers around the world.
The programme lasts 8–10 paid weeks. High-performing interns may also receive an opportunity to join Revolut's Graduate Programme the following year.
Responsibilities
As a Product Design Intern, you will:
- Design user flows, wireframes and prototypes that address customer needs.
- Support research activities such as user interviews, usability testing and surveys.
- Use research findings to improve product designs and user experiences.
- Work with Product Owners, Engineers and Researchers to develop and launch product features.
- Present research findings and design proposals to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage project tasks and track progress.
- Share updates with teams working across different locations.
- Receive feedback and guidance through regular design reviews.
Requirements
To be eligible, applicants should:
- Be in the penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
- Be expected to graduate in 2028.
- Have a predicted first-class degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be interested in design, innovation and creating user-focused experiences.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse team.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available to work full-time during summer 2027.
- Be able to attend a Revolut office in the country of employment at least three days per week.

Compensation:
