About the programme
Revolut's Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to begin their careers in the financial technology industry.
The programme lasts 12 months and combines structured training with practical work. Participants will work on real projects, solve business and customer problems, and gain experience across different areas of the business.
High-performing graduates may be promoted during or after the programme.
About the role
Revolut is looking for Graduate Product Designers who can combine creativity with attention to detail.
You will help shape the customer experience of Revolut's financial products, from understanding user needs to designing and improving digital product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners, Engineers and Data Scientists to identify customer and business problems.
- Research user needs and share findings to guide design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct customer testing and improve designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bring designs to life.
- Review product performance after launch and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Applicants should:
- Have graduated in 2025, 2026 or 2027.
- Hold or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
- Have a degree in Design or a related field.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Be able to learn quickly and work towards ambitious goals.
- Have good communication and organisational skills.
- Be comfortable working in a diverse and fast-moving team.
- Be available to work full-time from early or late 2027.
- Be able to attend a Revolut office in their country of employment at least three days per week.
