About the role
SystemSpecs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to help drive product development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure products meet customer and business needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing priorities, coordinating feature delivery, and using customer feedback and performance data to improve products.
This role is suited to a professional with strong analytical and communication skills, practical product management experience, and an understanding of Agile development processes.
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience (CX), and Business teams to deliver product features.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
- Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product improvements.
- Track product performance and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support effective product delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of backlog management and product documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira, GitLab, or similar project management and development tools is an advantage.
