About the role
Good Maven is recruiting a Founding Product Designer for an early-stage company developing a personal wealth management agent. The platform aims to combine the services of a family office, wealth manager and private bank into one intelligent product.
The company has raised €12 million in pre-seed funding, led by Headline, with participation from Atomico and GFC.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and co-founder, you will take ownership of the product's design direction, helping transform the initial concept into a working MVP.
This is an opportunity to become one of the company's first designers and play a major role in shaping a new category of financial technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design from the initial concept through MVP development and launch.
- Define how users interact with AI agents through voice and dynamically generated interfaces.
- Design intuitive experiences that build user trust, particularly when handling financial decisions and money transfers.
- Build and prototype product experiences using coding agents and collaborate with iOS engineers to ship working solutions.
- Participate in weekly user research and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Take ownership of user flows, interaction design, visual design and micro-interactions.
- Work closely with the CPO and co-founders to establish product direction and priorities.
- Deliver and improve product prototypes on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- At least four years of end-to-end product design experience.
- Experience designing high-quality, mobile-first consumer applications.
- Strong design engineering skills, including the ability to build with AI coding agents.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in interaction design, transitions and visual polish.
- Ability to understand user problems and make clear product design decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to take on significant responsibilities and deliver results quickly.
- Self-motivated, curious and comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
